Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 10-21 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Are WANDRD bags waterproof?
Our bags are built with weather-resistant materials and YKK water-resistant zippers. While they are highly water-resistant and can handle heavy rain, they are not intended for full submersion.
